For multiple Kérastase campaigns - including Gloss Absolu, Elixir Ultime and Genesis featuring high profile names such as Sydney Sweeney - we adapted existing campaign assets into high-impact formats for broadcast and large-scale outdoor placements.

Working across BVOD, taxi wraps and premium OOH billboards, the work translated luxury campaign visuals into formats designed to perform in fast-moving public environments. The result was a cohesive rollout that maintained the brand’s premium aesthetic while delivering clarity and impact at scale.

The Challenge

Luxury beauty campaigns are often designed primarily for controlled digital or print environments. Translating those assets into large-format outdoor placements and broadcast formats requires careful adaptation.

The challenge was to retain Kérastase’s premium visual language while ensuring the work remained legible, impactful and technically optimised across BVOD, taxi wraps and large-scale billboards.

The Insight

Outdoor and broadcast environments demand immediacy.

Viewers often only have a few seconds to absorb a message, whether passing a billboard or seeing an ad on streaming platforms. The creative needed to preserve the elegance of the original campaign while simplifying and refining visuals for maximum clarity and impact at scale.

The Idea

We reworked the existing campaign assets to function seamlessly across multiple large-format and broadcast environments.

Motion edits were developed for BVOD placements, while still visuals were refined and restructured for taxi wraps and premium outdoor billboards. Careful attention was given to layout, cropping and visual hierarchy to ensure the product and brand remained instantly recognisable across every format.

The result was a unified campaign rollout that extended the life of the original assets while maintaining the elevated Kérastase brand aesthetic.
